Katie Elsbury

A proud Colorado native, Dareen Mustapha brings more than 18 years of dedicated human resources experience to her role as HR Manager at Jones Law Firm. Known for her ability to build structure, streamline processes, and support teams across departments, Dareen is deeply committed to creating a workplace where people can thrive. Her background includes work as an independent contractor as well as key roles with ResultsLab and Galileo Learning, giving her broad perspective and a versatile skill set.

Dareen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, an MBA in Strategic Management, and is a SHRM-CP certified professional. She earned her graduate degree from Regis University, where she further strengthened her passion for strategic leadership and organizational development. In her role, Dareen focuses on cross-functional support, operational clarity, and helping employees reach their potential.

What you may not know: Outside of work, Dareen is immersed in her children’s activities—cheering on her daughters at dance competitions and supporting her son in Taekwondo. When the family isn’t on the go, they enjoy relaxing at home with their beloved cats.
