Megan Dobson

Born and raised in the small town of Sterling, Colorado, Megan is a proud Colorado native whose roots run deep in the state she loves. After a brief five-year adventure in Minnesota, she returned home — drawn back by the mountains, community, and the family ties that mean everything to her.

Megan brings a warm, people-first approach to her role as a Customer Relationship Specialist. With a background in retail management and employee engagement for a retirement facility, she thrives in environments where she can uplift others and make meaningful connections. Her passion for people and positivity is the foundation of how she supports clients each day at Jones Law Firm — helping them feel seen, heard, and confident in their future.

Megan earned her Associate’s Degree while playing volleyball at Northeastern Junior College and went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She joined Jones Law Firm in early 2025 and has quickly become a valued team member through her empathy, drive, and dedication to client care.

What you might not know: Megan is a single mom of three amazing children who keep her busy and constantly inspired. When she’s not playing sports with her kids or friends, she’s reading new recipes and cooking creative meals for her family. She’s deeply close with her siblings and treasures any chance to be surrounded by loved ones — especially when good food and laughter are involved.
