Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim grew up in Middleton, Massachusetts, before moving west to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned his degree in Sociology and Philosophy in 2021 while active in the Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law Fraternity. He stepped directly into legal support after graduation, building a broad foundation across the Denver metro area. Before joining Jones Law Firm, Andrew managed complex discovery, mass tort litigation, and case preparation at firms in Denver, Boulder, and Golden, including Wagstaff Law Firm, the Law Office of Care Enichen, and The Drake Law Firm.

Now focusing on family law and criminal defense, Andrew handles the heavy operational lifting behind high-conflict divorces, allocation of parental responsibilities, protection orders, contempt hearings, and trial prep. Having lived through his parents’ divorce as a child, he understands how chaotic and exhausting legal conflicts can feel. That personal perspective drives his work every day. He treats clients with genuine respect and empathy, making sure they never feel like just another case number and helping them navigate difficult transitions with clear, reliable support.

What you may not know: Outside the office, Andrew’s favorite role is being a dad. He spends his free time taking his young daughter on new adventures to local museums and the zoo, alongside their American Bully and Belgian Malinois. When he is not on dad duty, he is usually in the garage. Andrew is a hands-on mechanic who can take a BMW completely apart down to the bare frame and rebuild it from scratch, a project he currently puts to use tuning his own drag race build.
