As a Client Relationship Specialist, Megan helps guide prospective clients from their initial questions to the appropriate legal support, providing a warm and reassuring experience during what can often be a difficult and uncertain time.

Raised in northeastern Colorado, Megan earned her degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Colorado Boulder. She spent nearly twenty years leading high-volume retail store operations, developing a deep understanding of human dynamics and a natural skill for de-escalating tense situations. That background makes her exceptionally effective at guiding people through vulnerable conversations. Rather than treating intake as a simple checklist, Megan listens closely to each caller’s situation, helps them parse out their immediate priorities, and provides straightforward context around process, timelines, and legal investment so they walk into their consultation fully prepared.

By pairing genuine empathy with clear operational structure, Megan ensures that every person who reaches out receives thoughtful guidance and complete confidence in their legal team from day one.

What you may not know: Outside of work, Megan’s greatest source of pride is raising her three kids as a single mom. In her free time, she loves trying out new recipes, exploring local restaurants, watching and playing sports with her family, and unwinding at home with her cats. She also comes from a close-knit family right here in Colorado.
