Nick Mota
Nick leads the firm’s sales and intake operations as Sales Manager, directing the front-line team that guides families through their initial entry into the legal process. A Littleton native, Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State University of Denver, pairing an academic background in human dynamics with nearly two decades of sales and operational leadership.
Before transitioning into legal intake management, Nick spent sixteen years as a competitive mixed martial artist and head coach for Team USA, training over twenty national champions in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Traveling internationally to prepare elite athletes for high-stakes competition taught him how to bring calm, structure, and focus to chaotic environments. He relies on that exact mindset today, training his team to manage complex client needs with composure, clear communication, and high operational standards.
Rather than treating incoming calls as routine interviews, Nick focuses his team on active listening, transparent expectations, and practical problem-solving. He understands that reaching out to a law firm often happens during times of significant personal stress, and he is dedicated to removing uncertainty from the process. Under his leadership, every caller receives the clarity, resources, and direction needed to make confident decisions about their legal representation.
