Eric has lived in Colorado since he was three years old, growing up in Fort Collins. With a legal career spanning over 30 years, he has been practicing law since 1995. He spent nearly two decades with the Colorado Public Defender before running his own firm from 2013 to 2026, prior to joining Jones Law Firm.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree in Math/Computer Science from Fort Lewis College and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. He is passionate about pursuing justice for his clients and views it as a lifelong calling.

Outside of work, he has a background in BMX racing and trick riding, and he is currently preparing to compete in the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race—aiming to cross the finish line. He enjoys mountain biking, weightlifting, spending time with his pugs, reading, and watching movies.
